Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL41 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPL41 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher MRPL41 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA and PRAD are the cancer types where MRPL41 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
