The most reproducible MRPL40P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Sister chromatid segregation, and Protein localization to cytoskeleton. Each is linked with MRPL40P1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL40P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL40P1 results are reported.
