Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL37P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,964 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL37P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of peptidase activity, Regulation of phosphatase activity, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with MRPL37P1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL37P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL37P1 results are reported.
