MRPL35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,782 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, IRF5, and LIN54_S635. Each is linked with MRPL35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL35-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL35 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
