Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,814 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL34-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRH, RBMS1, and C1R. Each is linked with MRPL34 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL34 results are reported.
