Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,608 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with MRPL34 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL34 results are reported.
