Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,941 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL33-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD69, BCL2A1, and CD53. Each is linked with MRPL33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL33 versus CD69 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL33→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
