Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL33-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02079, OR2AP1, and PPP3R2. Each is linked with MRPL33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02079 grouped by MRPL33-low versus MRPL33-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL33→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
