Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,341 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication proofreading, Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, and Protein linear polyubiquitination. Each is linked with MRPL33 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL33 results are reported.
