MRPL32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, KBTBD2, and FOXK1. Each is linked with MRPL32 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL32-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL32 versus NUDCD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL32→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
