MRPL32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3193, TRAJ11, and IGHD3-16. Each is linked with MRPL32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL32-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3193 grouped by MRPL32-low versus MRPL32-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL32→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
