The most reproducible MRPL32-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with MRPL32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL32-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL32 results are reported.
