MRPL28

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL28-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, CDO1, and ADAMTS10. Each is linked with MRPL28 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL28-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL28 versus C7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
