Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RECK, STARD9, and LINC02884. Each is linked with MRPL24 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL24-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL24 versus RECK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
