MRPL24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6795, SSTR5, and RNU4-70P. Each is linked with MRPL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL24-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6795 grouped by MRPL24-low versus MRPL24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
