Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B and p90 RSK. Each is linked with MRPL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL24-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL24 results are reported.
