MRPL22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,576 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, KDM3B, and PHAX. Each is linked with MRPL22 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL22-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL22 versus GEMIN5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
