MRPL20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, YTHDF2, and ARHGEF16. Each is linked with MRPL20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL20-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL20 versus NUDC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
