MRPL20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,975 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are COLEC12, SSPN, and AOC3. Each is linked with MRPL20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL20-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL20 versus COLEC12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
