MRPL20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7L1P10, RNU6-839P, and RNU6ATAC30P. Each is linked with MRPL20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL20-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7L1P10 grouped by MRPL20-low versus MRPL20-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
