Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,258 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Regulation of DNA stability, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with MRPL20 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL20-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL20 results are reported.
