Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPL19 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MRPL19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LIHC are the cancer types where MRPL19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
