MRPL19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, MCM2_S27, and PAF1. Each is linked with MRPL19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL19-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL19 versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
