Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO2, GLIPR2, and ERMN. Each is linked with MRPL19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL19-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL19 versus MT-CO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.19.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
