Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,049 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, DNA replication initiation, and DNA replication. Each is linked with MRPL19 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL19-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL19 results are reported.
