MRPL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,425 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAT2, HSPE1, and PCMT1. Each is linked with MRPL18 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL18-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 versus ACAT2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
