MRPL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,603 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP3K4, CCT3, and CCT4. Each is linked with MRPL18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL18-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 versus MAP3K4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
