MRPL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, EXTL3, and VPS4A. Each is linked with MRPL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL18-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC59 grouped by MRPL18-low versus MRPL18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
