Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,045 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, Negative regulation of meiotic nuclear division, and Ribosomal small subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with MRPL18 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL18-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL18 results are reported.
