MRPL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB1P1, USP12, and TBRG1. Each is linked with MRPL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL16-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB1P1 grouped by MRPL16-low versus MRPL16-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
