MRPL15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,586 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V2, COPS5, and MRPS28. Each is linked with MRPL15 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL15-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL15 versus UBE2V2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
