MRPL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,280 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP13, SMC2, and TK1. Each is linked with MRPL12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL12-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL12 versus TRIP13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
