MRPL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,772 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEN1, MCM2, and MCM4. Each is linked with MRPL11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL11-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL11 versus FEN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
