MROH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,852 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, PUF60, and HSF1. Each is linked with MROH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH1-to-partner and partner-to-MROH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MROH1 versus SCRIB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
