MROH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGAT1, ZNF250, and UBE2S. Each is linked with MROH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH1-to-partner and partner-to-MROH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MROH1 versus DGAT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
