MROH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP19, IFRD2, and ERCC2. Each is linked with MROH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH1-to-partner and partner-to-MROH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP19 grouped by MROH1-low versus MROH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
