Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, p62 Lck ligand, and TIGAR. Each is linked with MROH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH1-to-partner and partner-to-MROH1 results are reported.
