Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,145 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, STAB1, and MSR1. Each is linked with MRO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRO-to-partner and partner-to-MRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRO versus CRTAP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
