MRO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, LINC02340, and NME1-NME2. Each is linked with MRO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRO-to-partner and partner-to-MRO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by MRO-low versus MRO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
