MRO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRO RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,935 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT80, SLC47A1, and DIPK1B. Each is linked with MRO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRO-to-partner and partner-to-MRO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRO versus KRT80 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
