Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,432 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of interleukin-8 production, Regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol, and Positive regulation of glomerular filtration. Each is linked with MRO in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRO-to-partner and partner-to-MRO results are reported.
