MRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 505 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-927P, OR6C2, and FAM197Y6. Each is linked with MRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRM1-to-partner and partner-to-MRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-927P grouped by MRM1-low versus MRM1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
