MRI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP273, ZNF734P, and RNU6-208P. Each is linked with MRI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRI1-to-partner and partner-to-MRI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP273 grouped by MRI1-low versus MRI1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
