Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MRGPRX7P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MRGPRX7P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MRGPRX7P is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, MRGPRX7P RNA expression shows 6,094 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight OV, BLCA, and BRCA as cancer lineages where MRGPRX7P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
