MRGPRX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP3, IQCJ, and OR7G2. Each is linked with MRGPRX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRX4-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP3 grouped by MRGPRX4-low versus MRGPRX4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
