MRGPRG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, RNY1P16, and MIR30B. Each is linked with MRGPRG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRG-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 grouped by MRGPRG-low versus MRGPRG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
