MRGPRG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGPRG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 704 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine dimethylation, Response to 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine, and Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation. Each is linked with MRGPRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRG-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine dimethylation grouped by MRGPRG-low versus MRGPRG-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
