Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRGPRG-AS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,045 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRGPRG-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMAP1, CLASP1, and MAST2. Each is linked with MRGPRG-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRG-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRG-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRG-AS1 versus DMAP1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRG-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRG-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
