Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRGPRG-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRGPRG-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MRGPRG-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRGPRG-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and UCEC show a favorable association.

READ, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where MRGPRG-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
