MRGPRF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRGPRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,550 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRGPRF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYLK, SGCD, and CAVIN3. Each is linked with MRGPRF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRGPRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRGPRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRF versus MYLK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRGPRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRGPRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
